What are your support hours?
Our support hours are business hours from Monday – Friday (9am – 5pm).

Can I get a free trial?
Currently, we do not offer free trials. However, booking a demo with our in-house team is the best way to see how Kollabro works and we can answer any questions you may have.
What is the onboarding process?
The onboarding process is tailored to each practice. Depending on your preferences, practice size and available time to get set up our team will get you set up straight away.
The onboarding process begins with an import of your clients and once this is finalised your account will be fully set up and ready for handover to your team.
What training do you provide?
We offer tailored training for each customer because every practice differs, depending on your preferences, practice size and available time to get set up. The range of training options we offer are:
- Full practice training
- User specified training
- Management training
- Q&A sessions
- Ongoing training
Online video training and user guides are also available to practices. Training options as above can be combined to provide the best fit for your team and practice
How long does onboarding and training take?
The time frame for onboarding and training depends on the practice size, time needed to finalise your client data import and the practices preferences. However we will work closely with your practice to get you up and running as quickly as possible.
